Olayinka is a first-class graduate of the University of East London, where he studied Business Information Systems. To gain mastery in the IT space he proceeded to study at the prestigious University of Nottingham where he bagged a master’s degree in Management of Information Technology. After completing a master’s degree, Olayinka proceeded to Hyderabad, India, India’s ICT epicenter, where he enrolled for a course in SAP (SAP Business Intelligence and SAP Business Objects), after which he worked in India as SAP consultant for a year. He later proceeded to take on a job role as Information Technology Implementation Manager with Imo State University Teaching Hospital in Nigeria.
Olayinka is a seasoned ICT professional, with over 7 years’ experience working in the Information Technology space, as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and a Systems Analyst. He brings this wealth of experience and exposure gained from various countries and organizations he has worked with to support Ehizua hub skills-base in-demand industry training program.
Gabriel vast experience and qualifications in Global project management made it an expert in the field, he has been recognised as a Distinguished Global Talent by Australian Government which earned him an Australian Permanent Residency.
Gabriel Project Management expertise is in the running of complex and technical engineering and renewable energy projects on an international scale, from beginning to end, on time and on budget.
As a Success Coach with Ehizua Hub he brings his vast knowledge of all relevant project management processes, including industry standards, planning, budgeting and execution in practical situations to mentor and support our students for success.
He has distinct knowledge with Australia & International experience in development, design, construction, commissioning, operations & maintenance of renewable energy infrastructures and oil & gas facilities such as solar & wind systems, hydrogen generation, substation, HV systems, control systems, turbines, district heating network, efficient energy systems, hydrogen systems, oil & gas pipelines infrastructures, wastewater treatment plants, hybrid system, energy storage systems, etc.
He is the CEO of Gabo Green Energy Solutions and He carries strong connections worldwide and impressive interpersonal skills allowing him to have led cross-functional teams throughout the Africa and Australia energy markets.
He has involved in several large scale stakeholder consultations, project and successful management through to driving turnkey success.
Gabriel is a chartered professional Engineer of Australia (CPEng). He holds a diploma in Chemical Engineering, a bachelor in Mechanical Engineering both from the University of Benin Nigeria, and a graduate diploma in renewable energy Engineering, a master’s degree in construction project management both from the University of New South Wales Australia, and a Graduate Certificate in Electrical Engineering EIT Australia. He also holds several international certifications such as PMP, certificate in Artificial Intelligence in Energy, etc.
Elohor has an extensive knowledge and technical skills in Business Information System. She has a Masters degree in Business Information System from Torrens university Australia, her vast knowledge in the ICT field translated into the high grades (9 High distinctions and 2 distinctions) she obtained during her Masters study.
She won the excellence award at the recent Sydney graduation ceremony where she was awarded the best graduating student at the post graduate level with a gpa of 4.67.
Elohor has great attention to details, she is a good problem solver and she excelled well working with teams. She has great interpersonal relationship, good communication skills and has a great passion towards her work.
As a success coach, Elohor is prepared to mentor students who are willing to excel in the Business Information System field as she would bring both her vast knowledge, skills and practical experience towards mentoring studies. Integrating into the culture of Australia as an international student can be quite tricky and unpredictable. Elohor has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Mathematics from the University of Benin, Nigeria. She has over 4 years of banking experience and left the bank as a banking executive in 2018 to further her studies and achieve her overall career goals. Elohor is very passionate about her studies and her work and she is committed to working with studies who are looking forward to achieving their academic goals
