CREATIVE TECH TALENTS PROGRAM (CTTP)

The Nigerian Digital economy is growing, but not fast enough to meet the demand for economic growth and development. One of the key causes of this is the dearth of skilled talents with creative technology know-how to solve critical challenges hindering potential economic value. In recognition of this reality, the Creative Tech Talent Program (CTTP) has been designed to connect 100 Nigerian youths to Skills- based training and employment opportunities.

The CTTP is a cohort-based learning initiative that would engage youths aged 18-35 years in in-demand creative technology skills that would position them for employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.

PROGRAM PLAN

The program would run for 5-6 month after participants have been selected. The program provides 3 learning streams for the talents to be developed on, which are:

Candidates are expected to apply to be selected as participants in the program. Successful candidates are granted access to the creative hub and training at no initial cost. However, candidates are expected to repay a tuition fee of #250, 000 over a 1-year period which covers for program. The final phase of the program provides support towards employment outcomes for outstanding candidates after the 3 month entrepreneurial or innovation track elapses.
