Salary Range

UI/UX will always be in the queue of sort-after gurus. Their vitality in industries is irreplaceable in this field, Salaries vary depending on the sector you work in, the type of employer (e.g., public, or private sector), your skills and experience, and your location. However, with your technical expertise in the profession, you are exposed to an average salary range of N120,000 (lowest average) to N350,000 (highest average).

  • Understand how the sensory, cognitive, and physical capabilities of users inform the design of interactive products.
  • Understand the process of interaction design, including requirements elicitation, prototyping, evaluation, and the need for iteration.
  • Analyze and critique the design of interactive products.
  • Select, adapt, and apply suitable interaction design approaches and techniques towards the design of an interactive product.
  • Apply basic scientific principles, theories, and methods for user interface design.
  • Apply current best practices for user interface design in a digital design process.
  • Design a screen-based application in accordance with contemporary principles, theories, methods, and practices for user interface design.
  • Design a test for a screen-based prototype and evaluate the prototype according to specified conditions.
  • Analyze the qualities of a user interface design and relate it to fundamental interaction design theory
  • Construct Navigation that enables users to easily accomplish tasks.
  • Configure forms with focused inputs.
  • Determine which data to display to meet user needs.
  • Contextualize search, sort, and filter patterns.
  • Enable users make social connections through their mobile devices.
  • Focus on patterns that bring clarity.
  • Produce prototypes for software applications using industry standard design tools.
  • Design and develop responsive layouts for multi-device, and multi-channel applications.
